DATE SEVEN" is a joint brewing of seven breweries in Miyagi Prefecture (Katsuyama, Uraka, Monoe, Hakuresei, Yamawa, Hagi no Tsuru, and Kanezawa). To further improve the quality of sake while promoting technical exchanges and efforts. In "SEASON 2", two leading breweries are brewed with the same ratio of raw rice and polished rice, expressing the taste that fully expresses the individuality of the brewery. With brewing of the same specification, leading breweries will naturally compete with each other, pursuing their own sake brewing while striving to improve quality.


The leader this time is the classmate duo【Shanwa×Hagi no Crane】. This year, the best sake rice "Yamada Nishiki in Hyogo Prefecture" was finely ground to 47% after the seventh day, using the best raw materials, brewed by seven breweries with all the techniques they have now.
