Yoichi Distillery is located in the western region of the island of Hokkaido, where the climate and environmental conditions are ideal for whiskey brewing. The distillery is surrounded by mountains and has abundant sources of clear water, all of which have an important impact on the quality of the whiskey.

Yoichi Distillery is famous for its traditional spirit-making process, using traditional copper stills for distillation and using local malt and water sources for brewing. Their whiskey is known for its rich taste, complex flavors and balanced blends.

NIKKA Whiskey Company’s Yoichi Distillery is also one of the popular attractions for tourists. Visitors can visit the distillery, learn about the whiskey making process, and taste a variety of different styles of whiskey.
