Description

Chateau Minuty was purchased by the Matton-Farnet family in 1936 and shortly thereafter the vineyard was completely replanted with an emphasis on traditional local grape varieties, carefully planted to keep yields low.

Grapes come from the estate's oldest coastal vineyards, sustainably farmed and planted on southwestern exposed mica-schist soils. Grapes are hand picked.

This rosé has intense aromas of orange peel and jasmine, followed by notes of pink grapefruit and white stone fruit. The finish is crisp and crisp, helping to enhance the rich, textured palate.
