Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry Single Cask Strength

Kavalan Distillery is located in Yilan. It uses water from centuries-old Snow Mountains and Central Mountains for distillation. The water quality is sweet, smooth and dense.

The distiller is made of copper, which can remove the sulfide produced by fermentation. The wine core is carefully selected during distillation to create a new wine with rich floral, fruity and smooth taste.

Aged Spanish Oloroso sherry casks are fragrant and delicious, and as the whisky matures, it transforms into a rich, Latin-like aroma, with aromas of almonds, dried fruits and nuts, which further set off the charming and long-lasting multi-layered taste.

No chill filtration treatment, the wine is full-bodied and perfectly retains the rich and mellow flavor.

Solid, deep and tasty black raisin colour.

The flavour is pure, with rich and multi-layered aromas of dried fruit, nuts and spices. There is a faintly charming, pleasant aroma of almonds.

Thick, smooth dried fruits and spices will continue to warm the mouth, dancing flamenco to tantalize the palate with a hint of fine coffee.
