Two Hands Angels‘ Share McLaren Vale Shiraz 2020

Two Hands Winery was established in 1999 by Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz. They are the most legendary hands in the wine industry, and they are considered very young, but their vigor has attracted global attention in a very short time. Since 2003, Two Hands winery has not been absent from the list of the annual Top 100 wineries of Wine Spectator magazine for 10 years. This is a unique honor in the world and an unprecedented historical record. Even the well-known wine critic Robert Parker praised his hands as "the best winery in the southern hemisphere" in 2004, ranking among the kings of Australia, on par with Hill of grace, Grange, and Astrali! 4 series, including Flagship Series, Garden Series, Picture Series and Single Vineyard Series. "Yacca Block" is located on the slope closest to the top of the mountain in (Eden Valley), surrounded by many native conservation species Yacca, hence the name. The soil is a mixed quartz and iron sedimentary rock, which is very poor. Coupled with the high altitude, Shiraz can mature slowly, giving birth to a light and delicate wine style.

Bright crimson in color with bright purple undertones, it has a fruity (blueberry) and floral (dried violet petals) aroma with subtle spicy and woody notes. The full-bodied palate is characterized by its fruity, liquorice and floral aromas. Throughout the tasting, smooth and fine tannins develop before leading to a long and complex finish.
