~Terence Lee Tze Leung 李梓良

李梓良出生於香港。八三年畢業於美國加州工藝學院主修陶藝。八四年返港自設陶藝繪畫教室。曾任教香港中文大學、香港大學 SPACE 、香港教育學院等陶藝課程。自九零年代開始研究及收集唐宋古瓷殘片，體會前人造瓷的情懷，以古為今用，作品著重美感、實用性及意景。李梓良作品被香港藝術館、香港文化博物館、中國北京歷史博物館及海內外人士收藏。

Stef Yim來自意大利西西里島Etna活火山的酒莊莊主係由香港人所擁有，佢係法國學師7年，同時都係今次介紹呢兩支紅酒既Wine Maker，所以佢地係屬於香港人所製造既火山酒莊主簡介：2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣4️⃣年，一個香港出生的香港人Stef Yim(Single莊主要求Remind)在Etna火山購買葡萄園興建了（Sciara）熔岩酒莊。Stef在洛杉磯長大，因為知道酒吧工作小費多和在工作時期世界不同種類的酒，於是開始當上酒保多年累積了對酒的經驗，一直沒有放棄釀酒的夢想、後來有機會去到法國工作，協助比利時籍莊主釀酒，對葡萄酒越愛越熱，萌生了購買自家葡萄園的計劃。不過，世上適合開墾葡萄園的活火山地區極少，最後落腳在國際飲家近期新寵意大利西西里島東面的Etna火山。Etna火山可說集合了愛酒人士夢寐以求的元素，Etna火山非常活躍，今年已經發生了一次大爆發，在當地種植葡萄釀酒當然是個大冒險。除了高海拔、豐富礦物質，還有在葡萄根芽蟲禍爆發前倖存的原株原根老樹，加上當地獨門的Nerello Mascalese葡萄品種，突圍而出不難想象。經過多年的努力終於成為西西里島產區最具指標性的酒莊之一更是“Etna Wine Library西西里火山葡萄酒指南”二十間葡萄酒莊推薦之一。
