Tasting note

The 2017 Chateau Latour à Pomerol from the renowned Pomerol region in France is a wine of exceptional character and elegance. This vintage boasts a deep and expressive bouquet with notes of ripe red cherry, sweet tobacco, dried herbs, mint, pepper, and spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and fleshy, with a harmonious balance of tannins, black fruits, and dark chocolate flavors. The wine's structure is supported by a fresh acidity, making it a versatile companion for a variety of dishes. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new, this wine is a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship of Christian Moueix and his team.
