Lointier Mellifera Extra Brut NV is a champagne with a distinct terroir character, characterized by its dryness, clean lines, and strong minerality. Information indicates it's primarily composed of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier, with a dosage of only 1.5g/L, and is aged in oak barrels, resulting in a more layered and structured finish than typical NV wines.

This wine typically exhibits aromas of ripe apple, pear, white flowers, lemon peel, almond, honey, and a hint of roasted nuts. On the palate, it's firm, clean, and savory, with a pronounced acidity and a noticeable mineral finish.
