Slightly honied aromas of exotic white and yellow peach are laced with moderate amounts of classic Chablis character. Interestingly, the medium-bodied flavors are not quite as dense as those of the Les Lys though they are still notably powerful while offering just a bit more depth on the sneaky long, sappy and serious finale. - Allen Meadows

Domaine William Fèvre is arguably one of Chablis’ greatest domaines. Following Fèvre’s retirement in 1998, the estate was sold to the Henriot family. Since then, head winemaker Didier Séguier, has steered what was then an oaky style of Chablis, to one that was much more terroir driven. The resulting wines are showing amazing purity and concentration, expressing the unique personality and minerality of each vineyard.

Domaine William Fèvre owns the largest array of Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in Chablis. The estate has been farmed organically since 2006 with selected parcels farmed biodynamically.

In September 2022, Artémis Domaines merged with Bouchard Père & Fils and Domaine William Fèvre, with the ambition of fully developing the incomparable wine experience for wine lovers through this new combination of wine estates. Artémis Domaines own numerous wine estates including Château Latour, Clos de Tart and Domaine d’Eugénie.
