Hong Kong Delivery Service ( Single invoice calculation) :
- The consignee must be 18 years old or above ;
- Free shipping (Hong Kong) for purchases over HKD$1000 (Not include Cognac / Brandy) (HKD$90 shipping fee will be charged for orders under HKD$1000);
- Free shipping for purchases over 6 bottles (red and white wine/champagne/sparkling wine/plum wine/cognac/brandy);
- We will ship by "SF Express", so cash on delivery is not possible;
- For orders below HKD$ 1,000 (Cognac / Brandy not over 6 bottles), the company will charge HKD$ 90 as a delivery fee;

- Door-to-door delivery service is available in all 18 districts in Hong Kong, including restaurants and hotels. If the building does not have an elevator or a tenement building, the driver will hand over the goods with the customer on the ground floor of the building.

*General orders take about two to three working days to process (order cutoff is 2:00pm from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays);
**General delivery time is determined by "SF Express Company". Subject to SF waybill terms and conditions.
* When the No. 8 gale warning or the black rainstorm warning is in effect, the company will contact the customer to change the delivery date.
** If you need an urgent order during store business hours, we will generally arrange Lala move delivery.

Macau Delivery Service ( Single invoice calculation) :
- The consignee must be 18 years old or above ;
- For purchases over HKG$2,000 (Wine only), you can enjoy free shipping in Macau (a shipping fee of HK$150 will be charged for purchases below $2,000);
- Only applicable to shops on ground floor or an elevator is required to go upstairs. If you need to use stairs during delivery, an additional MOP$10 will be charged per item per floor;
- An additional MOP$80 per ticket will be charged for delivery to hotels and sites in Macau;
- If the delivery process takes 1 hour or more, an additional fee of MOP$150 will be charged;
- Delivery to Coloane area of Macau requires an additional charge of MOP$20;
- If the delivery cannot be successful at one time due to customer reasons, an additional amount will be charged for the next day's delivery; an additional charge of MOP$150 is required for 1-8 boxes, and the fee for more than 8 items is negotiable.

For wedding banquets only Orders and Returns:
- Red wine, white wine and sparkling wine can be ordered half a year before the wedding banquet, and we will arrange delivery to restaurants/hotels/wedding banquet venues the day before the wedding banquet.
- If you order more than 48 bottles of red wine/white wine/sparkling wine, you can enjoy a 20% product return service.
Customers need to return the unopened original box of goods to the store within two days after the wedding banquet, and we will pay in cash for the returned goods.
* We do not accept returns of opened items.
** Customers must present a valid receipt and the original packaged goods for return.
Note: When ordering a wedding banquet, you need to note the date of the wedding theme wedding banquet, the address of the restaurant/hotel/wedding banquet venue, the name and phone number of the venue manager.

Reserve and order terms:
- For unpaid reserved goods, the store will keep them for 3 days.
- If the customer confirms the order, he must pay the deposit first. The deposit is 70% of the total order amount, which can be paid by bank transfer / FPS / store cash.
- When the goods arrive at the store, we will notify the customer to pick up the goods, and remind the customer to pay the balance when picking up the goods. After picking up the goods, we will issue a receipt for the total amount immediately.

- The customer orders online, but regardless of any transaction, even if the computer system shows that the transaction has been completed,Opak Cellar Limited also reserves the right to cancel the transaction after notifying the customer and reserves the final right to accept the order or not.
Return policy:
Store self-pickup:
- All confirmed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Order any glass items or wine utensils, and the consignee confirms the receipt of the goods, which will not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and delivery:
- All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.
- Customers must check whether the ordered goods are damaged or not when receiving the goods. If you find that the item is damaged, please notify us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
- We do not accept returns of products that have been opened.
- If the order to be returned has a free gift, the free gift must be returned together.
- If the item or quantity of the product does not match the order, please contact the customer service department immediately on the day of delivery.

** For any of the above refunds, we will charge the customer a 5% administrative fee, but if the product that needs to be refunded has enjoyed a discount at the time of purchase
(such as product combination discounts, merchant or brand discounts, free shipping, etc.), will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund / Exchange process:
If your order needs to be refunded or exchange, please ensure that your order meets the return criteria, please follow the steps below:

- Please return to the store by yourself. Customers are responsible for shipping charges if arrangements are made for delivery.
- Customers must present a valid receipt and the original packaged goods for return.
- Goods can only be returned once
- In no event will wines priced (HK$ Retail listed price) at HK$400 / bottle or more, and / or aged 8 years or older be returned or exchanged.
In case of any dispute, Opak Cellar Limited reserves the right of final decision and reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
