Customers are shopping in stores, shopping online and ordering services via Whats app. The purchase of any product is equivalent to that you have read and agreed to the terms listed in the "Terms and Conditions" page.
All product prices are settled in Hong Kong dollars, and prices will not be changed without prior notice.

Return policy:
Store self-pickup:
- All confirmed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Order any glass items or wine utensils, and the consignee confirms the receipt of the goods, which will not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping and delivery:
- All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.
- Customers must check whether the ordered goods are damaged or not when receiving the goods. If you find that the item is damaged, please notify us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
- We do not accept returns of products that have been opened.
- If the order to be returned has a free gift, the free gift must be returned together.
- If the item or quantity of the product does not match the order, please contact the customer service department immediately on the day of delivery.

** For any of the above refunds, we will charge the customer a 5% administrative fee, but if the product that needs to be refunded has enjoyed a discount at the time of purchase
(such as product combination discounts, merchant or brand discounts, free shipping, etc.), will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund process:
If your order needs to be refunded or exchanged, please ensure that your order meets the return criteria, please follow the steps below:
- Call or WhatsApp +852 5647 9953 within three days from the delivery date.
- Please return to the store by yourself. Customers are responsible for shipping charges if arrangements are made for delivery.
- Customers must present a valid receipt and the original packaged goods for return.
- Goods can only be returned once
For wedding banquets only Orders and Returns:
- Red wine, white wine and sparkling wine can be ordered half a year before the wedding banquet, and we will arrange delivery to restaurants/hotels/wedding banquet venues the day before the wedding banquet.
- If you order more than 48 bottles of red wine/white wine/sparkling wine, you can enjoy a 20% product return service.
Customers need to return the unopened original box of goods to the store within two days after the wedding banquet, and we will pay in cash for the returned goods.
* We do not accept returns of opened items.

Note: When ordering a wedding banquet, you need to note the date of the wedding theme wedding banquet, the address of the restaurant/hotel/wedding banquet venue, the name and phone number of the venue manager.
