Return Policy & Wedding Banquet Terms

By shopping in-store, online, or via WhatsApp with Opak Cellar, you agree to the terms listed on this page. All product prices are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Opak Cellar Limited reserves the right to modify any terms without prior notice, and the company's final decision shall prevail in case of any dispute.

General Return Policy

Store Self-Pickup

• All confirmed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Once the consignee confirms receipt of any glass items or wine accessories, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping and Delivery

• All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customers must inspect ordered goods for damage upon receipt. If damaged, notify us immediately to arrange a replacement.
• We do not accept returns of products that have been opened.
• If the order includes a free gift, the free gift must be returned together with the main product.
• If the item or quantity does not match the order, please contact customer service immediately on the day of delivery.
• Customers must present a valid receipt and the original packaged goods for any return.

Refund Conditions & Process

• Administrative Fee: A 5% administrative fee applies to all refunds. If the product enjoyed a discount at the time of purchase (e.g., bundle discounts, brand promotions, free shipping), the discount value will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Credit Card Refunds: A 2% service fee will be charged on the refund amount for orders originally paid by credit card.
• Timeframe: Contact us via Call or WhatsApp at +852 5647 9953 within three (3) days from the delivery date.
• Return Method: Customers must return goods to the store personally. If delivery return is arranged, the customer bears the shipping charges.
• Limitation: Goods can only be returned once per order. A valid receipt and original packaging are mandatory.

Wedding Banquet Orders & Returns

• Advance Booking: Red wine, white wine, and sparkling wine can be ordered up to six (6) months in advance. We will arrange delivery to the restaurant, hotel, or wedding venue the day before the banquet.
• 20% Return Service: Available for orders of 48+ bottles of red wine, white wine, or sparkling wine.
• Return Conditions: Customers must return the unopened original box of goods to the store within two (2) days after the wedding banquet. We will process a cash refund for the returned goods.
• Strict No-Open Policy: We do not accept returns on any opened items.
• Documentation: Customers must present a valid receipt and original product packaging to process a return.
• Required Information: When ordering, you must provide the wedding banquet date, venue address, and the venue manager's name and phone number.
