Bouchard Pere & Fils 於 1731 年成立，至今已經第九代，是布根地其中一個最古老和數一數二的大廠。自 1995 年被 Joseph Henriot 買下，而他亦是 Henriot champagne，William Fever 及 Beaujolais 的 Fleurie 村的Villa Ponciago 的持有人。

葡萄園的總數超過 200 公頃。比起同樣知名的 Louis Jadot (擁有150公頃的葡萄園)，Bouchard 要多出 50 公頃，真不愧為布根地最重要的酒業集團。

當中包括 12 塊 Grand Cru，連最好的 Montrachet 也有； 74 塊 Premier Cru，包括Meursault 最好的 les Perrières

還有四塊獨佔園，最有名的就是 Beaune Grèves Vignes de l’Enfant Jésus 小耶穌園，這塊 4 公頃的葡萄園在法國大革命之前由 Carmelite 修女會擁有，當初由見證神跡的 Marguerite du Saint-Sacrement 修女募資在此建立教堂，一直由修女所耕作和釀造這裏的葡萄酒，風格也以優雅見稱，別具意義
