Buglioni Superiore Valpolicella Classico (I'm) Perfetto 2018

The vineyards of Sant'Ambrogio are at an altitude of 151m asl, while the average age of the vines is 27 years. The fermentation temperature is 28°C. 10 days maceration for fresh grapes and 20 days for dried grapes. Wine made from fresh grapes in September mixed with dry grapes from November, using malolactic fermentation and aging in large oak barrels for 6/8 months. Rests in bottle for 9 months before release.

Particular notes of overripe fruit in a dry and intense wine, which pampers and envelops the palate. Deep ruby red colour. Clear and elegant aroma of ripe red fruit, black cherry, hints of spices and vanilla. Round, soft and harmonious taste.
