Le uve dell'Aitna Vigna Nica vengono coltivate a Passopisciaro, piccolo paese situato sul versante Nord dell’Etna a 700 m s.l.m., in un vigneto ubicato all'interno di un antico cratere.

Il terreno sabbioso e vulcanico conferisce al vino uniche e particolari note minerali messe in risalto dalla vinificazione e affinamento in acciaio, le vigne sono coltivate con l’antico e tradizionale sistema ad alberello, con la vite sostenuta dal tradizionale palo in castagno.

Rubino lucente alla vista, impatto olfattivo elegante, con tracce di lampone, piccoli frutti neri, pomice, china ed erbe aromatiche . Gusto caratterizzato da freschezza calibrata e da sapidità traboccante, perfetta la rispondenza gusto-olfattiva.
