Caprili Brunello di Montalcino 2020 is a high-quality red wine from the Montalcino appellation in Tuscany, Italy, made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes. Aged in oak barrels for approximately four years and bottle-aged for 10-12 months before release, it is a well-structured, full-bodied red wine with rich flavor. Despite the early and dry growing season of 2020, Caprili Winery leveraged its high altitude and well-ventilated vineyards to preserve the wine's vibrant fruit and vibrant acidity.

This wine boasts a classic garnet red color and a complex aroma of ripe cherry, red plum, wild herbs, rose petals, and earthy notes, with notes of tobacco, thyme, and minerality. The palate is medium-full, with soft tannins and vibrant acidity, and a clean finish with hints of blood orange and saline. Overall, it is balanced and clear, making it a great pairing with grilled meats, blue cheese, and game.
