Chateau Branaire Ducru Saint Julien 2017

The wines of the winery are fermented in stainless steel tanks with adjustable temperature. The volume of these stainless steel tanks will be determined according to the size of each vineyard area.

The must is gravity-fed, rather than pumped, to ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats in the wine cellar.

The fermented must is aged in oak barrels for 16-20 months.

Finally, the unfiltered wine is clarified with egg whites before bottling.

Lush fig, boysenberry, cranberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry compote aromas, propelled by a rather delicate but ample structure.

Numerous anise and violet details layer the finish, giving this aromatic dimension an extra dimension. Refined tannins and elegant style.
