Chateau Latour, one of the top five wineries in Bordeaux, has mostly 30-40-year-old old plants in the garden. The quality of the grapes is small, and they have been strictly selected during the harvest, so the output is not much. It is loved all over the world. Wine connoisseurs scramble to buy fine wine. Its winemaker Jean-Paul Gardere introduced a stainless steel tank that can control the temperature and fermentation progress, and can hold up to 14,000 liters, to reduce the time by half compared with the traditional fermentation method and improve the height of Chateau Latour wine Astringency. After completing the fermentation procedures in the stainless steel tank, it will be moved back to a new wooden barrel for aging for 20 months to two years. Because Chateau Latour will strengthen the selection of grapes in poor years, it has always been able to maintain outstanding quality. This insistence on quality also makes its wine enjoy a consistent high evaluation.
