Description
Elephant London Dry Gin
The creation of Elephant Gin was inspired by expeditions to Africa that began in the 19th century.
The husband and wife of Henry Palmer, Robin Gerlach and Tessa Wienker decided to devote themselves to this natural ecology after traveling in Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa respectively. After returning to Germany, I chose Gin to develop the concept, and the winery was established in the suburbs of Hamburg.
After one and a half years of repeated testing of 35 different formula ratios, and five special products from Africa, soak neutral spirits in a German-made Arnold Holstein copper distillation boiler for 24 hours, only take a small amount of wine heart, and dilute with local natural spring water to Bottled with an alcohol concentration of 45%, about 8,000 bottles are produced in each batch, and each bottle has a capacity of 500 ml.
Each batch of Elephant Gin is named after the elephants cared for by the foundation that assisted in the cooperation, and is marked on the bottle label. The bottle label is designed in the shape of a stamp and pasted on the upper right corner, and the red line drawn on the map is the way the elephants return home.
The bottle body design is modeled on the concept of the flask (Flask) worn by explorers, and the bottle stopper is a cork that can be harvested every seven years from Portugal.
