Glenlivet 12 Year Old Double Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This classic single malt whisky showcases The Glenlivet’s classic style. It is first matured in traditional wooden barrels and then aged in American oak barrels. It has a vanilla scent, which gives the whisky a unique and mellow taste. The pure, cold water from Josie's Well is rich in minerals, which helps the saccharification and fermentation process, while the high-necked lantern-shaped copper still adds an elegant and delicate taste. Suitable for drinking on all occasions.

The Original Malt Whisky Almanac calls it "the finest malt whisky and one of the most popular liquors in the world, and it deserves its reputation."

Bright golden in colour, delicate and harmonious, with an intense aroma of pineapple and summery notes. The taste is perfectly balanced and fruity, with strong pineapple, floral, pear and smooth vanilla aromas. The finish is long and smooth with notes of butter, marzipan and hazelnut. Enjoy with grilled scallops.
