Hibiki is the pinnacle of blended whisky that Japan is proud of all over the world.

This brand is blended from the original liquor of the three distilleries "Yamazaki Distillery", "Hakushu Distillery" and "Chita Distillery" among the distilleries owned by Suntory in Japan.

The limited-edition Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2025 returns. The Blossom Harmony series, released annually since 2021, maintains the brand's distinctive elegance as Yamazaki and Hakushu transition to the Story of the Distillery series in 2024. Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2025 maintains the series' signature characteristics, offering delicate floral notes and a harmonious, smooth mouthfeel.

This year's blend highlights a carefully selected grain whisky matured in cherry blossom casks, adding a unique character to the overall flavor. This long-matured whisky offers refreshing aromas reminiscent of cherry blossoms and osmanthus. Its pure and transparent flavors showcase the soft sweetness of acacia honey and La France pear. While incorporating the unique character of cherry blossom cask maturation, Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2025 maintains the balance and harmony that are hallmarks of the Hibiki series.

Hibiki, a whisky embodying the beauty of Japanese nature and art, also features a bottle and packaging design that embody the beauty of traditional Japanese craftsmanship. The iconic 24-faceted bottle symbolizes the 24 solar terms and features a cherry blossom motif, embellished with traditional Japanese handmade paper, Echizen Washi, and bold brushstrokes.

The packaging design draws inspiration from the Yobitsugi technique, which recreates a new beauty by connecting the fragments of broken objects with gold. This concept echoes the Hibiki brand spirit—a blend of diverse spirits into perfect harmony. The bottle also incorporates peacock and peony motifs, symbolizing prosperity and abundance, along with auspicious motifs such as the "Qinghai Wave" (symbolizing peace and prosperity) and the "Tortoise Shell Pattern" (symbolizing longevity), embodying elegance and tradition.
