Ichiro‘s 秩父 紅葉 Wine Wood Reserve Pure Malt Whisky

秩父蒸館所創辦人是肥土伊知郎，他的祖父正是已經關廠並拆除的羽生蒸餾所Hanyu（1946-2000）創立人。
羽生是一間小型蒸館廠，於2000年開始停止蒸館，2004更把廠房賣掉清拆，與輕井澤一樣步入歷史的巨輪。
羽生創辦人的後人不甘祖業敗在他手上，所以四出找人幫手，結果成功買回400桶未入樽的原酒。
Ichiro為了東山再起，將400桶舊酒入瓶，以” Ichiro's Malr“的品牌在市場出售。
2007年lchiro Akuto先生在羽生酒廠不遠處建造秩父酒廠並於2008年開始生產，是全日本最新的酒廠，位於東京西北方埼玉縣秩父市。
秩父蒸館所並不大，廠内只有一對蒸餾器，但在如此有限的資源下，秩父仍是不斷的學習與嘗試，他們每年都會親自到蘇格蘭，而其製桶師傅也曾至西班牙雪莉酒廠見習。

Ichiro's Malt Wine Wood Reserve 純麥芽日本威士忌，包括來自關閉的羽生酒廠和新秩父酒廠的單一麥芽威士忌。
它以 46% 的比例裝瓶，沒有添加色素，也沒有冷卻過濾，在秩父成熟、裝瓶和裝瓶。此版本在法國葡萄酒桶中進行了整理。
散發出巧克力、橙、黑甘草和奶油麥芽香氣，口感帶出紅漿果的甜味、核桃和白胡椒味道，餘韻有雪利酒香料，並帶有一點巧克力味。
