Jean-Marie Berrux Bourgogne Le Petit Tetu 2022

Jean-Marie Berrux was trained in Bona, and shifted from Paris to Burgundy. Since 2004, he has grown less than two hectares of Chardonnay near the Corpeau village near the Puligny-Montrachet border. All jobs were manually completed by Jean-Marie and his wife Marie. Berrux is mainly known for a special wine: Le Petit Têtu or "Stubborn Little Fun", and Jean-Marie Berrux sees this personality characteristics on himself.

In the family small wine cellar in Meursault, wine is in different years of 228 liters and 400 liters (from the new year to the longest 9 years) with its own strength and mature yeast One year. All barrels are purchased directly from the barrel binding plant. Before the next harvest, the wine was transferred to the stainless steel tank, and a bottle was bottle after a few months, without clarification, filtering or additive.
