Description

The biggest feature of "季之美" is that it is made using Japanese raw materials. The basis for brewing gin is base liquor, blended water, and spices derived from aromatic plants. "季之美" is the first gin to use rice wine as the base wine, and the blending water is Fushimi, Kyoto's famous water. As for aromatic plants, many Japanese ingredients such as perilla, sansho pepper, yuzu, cypress, ginger, bamboo, tree buds, and lemons are used. Therefore, it also goes well with Japanese dishes such as sashimi or braised amachi.
