This baijiu is brewed to commemorate Lidia Rivetti, the former female owner of the winery😇As a winery, it is a commemorative wine, and it goes without saying😎

The grapes 🍇 come from the Mango vineyard with an area of only 2 hectares. The average age of the vines is about 38 years, and the annual output is about 3,000 branches

Lidia liquor is aged in new French barrels for 12 months, and then matured in stainless steel barrels for 24 months.

It takes at least 3 years from grape picking to market launch, so this time 2018 is definitely super fresh😙

Even though Lidia was launched, the aroma is already rich and layered, with aromas of pineapple 🍍, cherry 🍑 and other fruits, and the aftertaste is rich and long, with a hint of yellow cream and subtle fruity notes
