🥃Laphroaig Quarter Cask Islay Single Malt Whisky🥃

Aged twice in American oak, the Laphroaig quarter delivers an irresistible double. Because the second maturation takes place in small quarter-sized casks, the spirit has more contact with the wood. Aging in smaller oak barrels revives an ancient tradition, paying homage to the master winemakers who have perfected the Laphroaig craft over two centuries. This adds a hint of coconut, banana and vanilla to the instantly recognizable Laphroaig smoked peat flavor, complemented by a surprising sweetness.

Color - Full Flash Gold

Nose - Peaty embers burning in the smallholder's fireplace, with subtle aromas of coconut and banana.

Body - Fullness.

Finish - Really long, properly dry with smoke and spice.

Palate - Deep, complex and smoky yet surprises the palate with soft sweetness.

Maturity - ex-bourbon and quarter barrel

Suggestion - plain or with ice
