Paolo Saracco Moscato D'asti DOCG 2022

This prestigious winery, run by Paolo Saracco, is located in the village of Castiglione Tinella, in an area called Langhe Astigiane.

The region is widely considered to be the prime producer of Moscato d’Asti, a unique wine composed of partially fermented must.

The vines grow in the chalky marl soil mixed with sand, where the muscat grape has been grown since ancient times.

Paolo manages all aspects of production and cultivation on the property's 50 hectares, producing nearly 400,000 bottles, nearly all of which are Moscato.

Saracco Moscato d'Asti is a fresh and delightful wine, showing aromas of ripe white peaches and fresh grapes, perfectly balanced with creamy sweetness and lively citrus acidity.

This wine has many layers, is complex, concentrated and very elegant.
