Sakurao Hamagou Dry Gin (Special Edition 2021)

Distilled for SAKURAO GIN HAMAGOU using 6 kinds of plants from Hiroshima and 6 kinds of imported plants. Hamagou is the protagonist of this gin, which grows naturally on the seaside of Miyajima, a World Heritage Site located near the Sakurao Distillery.

We chose juniper berries from France, which have a gorgeous top note and add a strong gin flavor.

Two methods are used, the immersion method and the steam method. The botanicals are selected in two groups, which are deepened by soaking method or steam method respectively. In an advantageous manner, the aroma of the plant can be fully extracted.

Choose Hamagou from Miyajima and mix it with other plants. Mainly the refreshing herbal fragrance of Hama Township. Enjoy a refreshing and rich aroma.
