Terroirs & Location
The grapes come from plots located on the right
bank of the Rhône, in the Gard department,
within the Lirac appellation. These vines grow in
predominantly sandy soils

Our agricultural and agronomic practices in favor of biodiversity meet the requirements of the Certipaq and Ecocert specifications for Organic Agriculture, as well as those
of Biodyvin and Demeter for Biodynamic Agriculture Harvesting and sorting are done manually

Vinification & Aging
The wine is fermented and aged in traditional concrete tanks to fully preserve the purity of the fruit and reflect the expression of its terroir. No sulfites are added

Nose : This red wine offers vibrant fruitiness, it's juicy, luscious, and fresh. It presents fruity and floral aromas with hints of red
fruits and Mediterranean aromatic herbs
Palate : It reveals a complex aromatic palette combining notes of roses, black tea, plum, milk chocolate, licorice, orange zest, and stone fruits. Its texture is light, supple, and balanced, with
an elegant tannic structure
