Weingut Bründlmayer Riesling Ried Zobinger Heiligenstein 2020

Weithin sichtbar ist der berühmteste Weinberg im Kamptal, die Ried Zöbinger Heiligenstein, quasi eine "gebackene" Sanddüne aus der Perm-Zeit, in den steileren Stücken extrem karg und mineralisch, ein perfektes Terroir für Riesling. In der Nase feiner Blütenduft, reife saftige Pfirsichfrucht, etwas Zitronenmelisse und Akazie. Am Gaumen eine elegant luftige Textur, bei allem Extrakt sehr leichtfüßig, filigran, verspielt, animierend, dabei lebhaft in der Säure, zarte Mineralik, wieder hellfruchtig mit einem leichten Moschustouch im Abgang.
