大嶺Ohmine 3 grain 三粒米 山田錦 冷卸 生詰酒 (秋酒) 720ml

「大嶺酒造」使用「弁天水」是日本百選之水之一的“弁天湯水”，含有許多釀造清酒所必需的礦物質，軟水對發酵的良好作用是Ohmine Junmai系列美味的基礎。

瓶身設計：瑞典設計工作室「Stockholm Design Lab」

秋季限定的 「冷卸 ひやおろし」是指將春天釀好的新酒經過一次「火入」(抑制微生物再活動)後，釀造完成後低溫貯藏熟成約半年，度過炎夏，等到秋天時外界溫度已經跟儲藏室差不多，不經第二次「火入」就直接出貨，因此被稱為「冷卸 」（「冷ひや」：在日文是常溫的意思，「卸おろし」：出貨出去的酒），因此亦被稱為「秋酒」。

讓人感受到糖度高的麝香葡萄和蘋果的芳香，源自大米的飽滿的美味和酸味，礦物質的層層帶來深沉而長久的餘韻。

可配搭烤銀杏、鰹魚和牛油果的韃靼、舞茸天婦羅等。
