「大嶺酒造」使用「弁天水」是日本百選之水之一的“弁天湯水”，含有許多釀造清酒所必需的礦物質，軟水對發酵的良好作用是Ohmine Junmai系列美味的基礎。
瓶身設計：瑞典設計工作室「Stockholm Design Lab」

大嶺酒造「3粒米 愛山 うすにごり」是一款以兵庫愛山米釀造的春季系、微氣泡系果香型清酒，華麗果香（荔枝、麝香葡萄及蜜瓜）、柔和甜酸、清爽礦物感。

保有愛山的柔軟口當與圓潤，但透過 50% 精米、生酒與氣泡感，呈現一種非常現代、類似微甜氣泡白酒的飲用體驗，對新手與葡萄酒愛好者都相當易飲。

可搭配：
生蠔、干貝、白身魚刺身、冷製前菜、沙律，利用礦物感與酸度襯托海鮮甜味。
奶油與淡醬汁料理：如忌廉燉菜、奶油焗海鮮，果香與甜味可以平衡油脂感。
