「北西酒造」於1894年(明治27年)創業於琦玉縣上尾市，由於琦玉縣擁有一年四季多彩豐富的自然環境，並且在產業、文化、學術等各個領域都有相當優秀的發展，有如多元化發展的國度一樣，於1992年琦玉縣民將「彩の國」選定為琦玉縣的別稱，也是「彩來」命名的由來之一。

讓人聯想到早上採摘的草莓的清爽香氣和充滿透明感的甜味在柔軟的口感中蔓延開來，像輕輕吹過的風一樣優雅而尖銳的酸味營造出清爽感，感受到令人垂意盎然的春天景色的清澈味道。輕微氣泡感，尾韻帶小許酒粕的乳酸感，口感清脆而透明感十足。
