「東京盛」誕生於大正時代，標榜東京繁榮、吉祥象徵，於2020年重新以現代設計回歸，瓶身以日式枡（Masu）為元素，寓意增福增財。採用被譽為酒米之王的「山田錦」全量釀造，水源來自秩父連山荒川伏流水，保證口感純淨優雅。

入口果香明顯，帶有蘋果與覆盆子般的清新香氣。​口感俐落有致，淡麗中帶有輕爽的辛口印象，回味清雅，適合配搭各式日料。​

整體酒體均衡、層次豐富，易於飲用，同時具備吟釀酒典雅的氣質。
