這是一家鯖江引以為傲的老字號清酒釀酒廠，目前已經是第 11 代了。它一直只生產無添加的純米清酒。

「梵」保持自釀酒廠成立以來一直保持不變的傳統手工清酒釀造方法。 目前，只使用三種原料來釀造清酒：米、米麴和水。 不添加額外的添加劑。 雖然我們無法大量生產清酒，但我們繼承了前人的願望，「繼續釀造對身體有益、人們會說真正美味的清酒」。

銘柄「梵」是政府飛機上的官方機上飲料，包括日本的重要座位，並供日航國際和國內頭等艙航班的超級 VIP 使用。「梵」目前已在全球90多個國家正式註冊為商標，並出口到其中30多個國家，持續將日本清酒文化從日本傳播到世界各地。

對水的承諾，只使用白山連邦的地下水，該地下水取自地下約 184m 深的井。

這款純米大吟釀清酒是在-5℃下陳釀1至2年的清酒。 其特色是香氣清澈、米味香醇、味道深沉、清爽、存在感強。
