這是山形縣立天川酒造2025年推出的當地酒 - 「楯野川 溪流 中取 純米大吟釀 1800ml」。

在榨汁過程中，使用香氣平衡最好的稀有的「中取」部分裝瓶。美山錦特有的光滑清脆的酒質被拉了出來，香氣既溫和又優雅，細膩的酸味散發著，漂亮地凝聚在一起。

將自行栽培而成的酒米「美山錦」的特長發揮到最大值，柔滑而清爽的美酒。是大獲好評的「楯野川中取美山錦」的改良版。
