「獺祭」旭酒造 推出的高級梅酒。這款梅酒使用了最高級的和歌山縣南高梅，這是被認為品質非常卓越的成熟梅子，與獺祭新生
系列清酒結合釀造而成。酒精度約為7%至8%。

「磨」字代表這是獺祭中最高檔的梅酒之一，酒款在釀造過程中保留了獺祭清酒中極為珍貴的外泌體（exosome），讓酒的香氣層次更加豐富且尾韻綿長。口感酸甜平衡，帶有梅子的華麗香氣和成熟果香，是一款難得且值得細細品味的頂級甜酒。
