獺祭 花冷え酒 純米大吟釀三割九分(Dassai 39) 720ml 


獺祭「花冷え酒」是以春季「花冷」時節為主題的季節限定純米大吟釀，多數為「磨き三割九分」版本。其設計重點是度數略低、香氣華麗但口感更輕盈柔和。

「花冷え」指冬天結束、櫻花含苞到綻放時，仍帶點寒意的初春天氣，用來表現早春的微寒與花開意象。

香氣：帶華麗花果香，常被形容有花香、哈密瓜等清新果香調性。
口感：甘甜而不厚重，酸度略高以拉起結構，呈現乾淨利落又具獺祭標誌性甜美感的風格。

可搭配清爽前菜、白身魚刺身、淡味天婦羅、春季蔬菜料理等，利用其華麗香氣和柔和甜感襯托食材。
