「宮坂釀造」是日本長野縣歷史超過350年的老牌釀酒廠，創立於1662年，位於諏訪市。它最著名的品牌是「真澄」，以使用當地優質酒米和清澈軟水釀造高品質清酒聞名。1946年，在宮坂釀造發現了著名的「協會七號酵母」，這個酵母成為現代日本酒的基石，廣泛影響日本清酒釀造技術。🍶

「金紋錦」是由父系「山田錦」和母系「たかね錦」交配育種而來

香氣優雅複雜，展現熟香蕉、黃桃韻味，伴隨細微穀物芳香。 甘味內斂，旨味澄澈。怡人酸苦，成就骨架挺拔。 嚴謹細緻，餘韻略帶香料風味。

這款酒曾獲2019全美日本酒歡評會入選及2020金獎，是長野與真澄的代表作，品質非常出色！🍶
