「鄉寶（郷宝）」這個銘柄於 2021 年誕生，源自南北海道七飯町的酒造「箱館釀藏」，是近 35 年來在南北海道首度誕生的酒造銘柄。秉持「以道南之米、水與人釀造的美酒」理念，品牌名稱源自「鄉之寶」，象徵著這款清酒承載著當地的土地、人文與匠心工藝。

使用 100% 北海道契約栽培酒米七飯町産「きたしずく」，以橫津岳伏流水為釀造用水( 中軟水 )，在道南的風土條件下釀成的清新淡麗、旨味細膩的純米吟釀酒。


帶有成熟果實（如荔枝）般柔和細膩的香氣，入口柔軟，香甜中帶米旨，酸度低，餘韻有輕微苦韻，收結利落，米旨味回甘，優雅、清爽而留芳香。

可配搭：配花咲蟹、海鮮、和食，效果極佳。
