風の森 愛山 807”: 80 代表 80% 精米，7 代表 7 號酵母。
為了更多地享受“愛山”的特色，採用80%的低精米率釀造。
讓人想起巨峰葡萄的淡淡香氣和 80% 精米 特有的立體口感。 這是一種可以感受到晶瑩剔透的清酒品質。

風の森 廢除“大吟釀”和“吟釀”這兩個字眼，成為純米奈良清酒，是讓您從口味中尋找自己喜歡的清酒。
只通過磨米來斷定清酒的價值，並非好的想法，而且用糙米釀造的清酒，採用獨特的技術，其複雜而豐富的味道很高。

風の森是未經過濾和未經稀釋的原酒。因此，含有非常少量的二氧化碳。打開蓋子時請小心，因為蓋子可能會飛起。
此外，儲存時，保持瓶子直立並冷藏。
