風之森 25周年記念 未來予想酒 Ⅲ 720ml


風の森 未来予想酒III 時の重なり三重奏 無濾過無加水生酒，奈良 油長酒造 全新作品。2023年，為了紀念「風の森」成立25周年而推出了以「25年後的釀酒之姿」為構想的未来予想酒I及II兩款作品，來到2025年終於推出了這三部曲的最終章「時の重なり三重奏（時之重疊三重奏）」。

這次的主題是「時之重疊三重奏」，酒造將三個時代的技術與概念融合在一體，象徵奈良與油長酒造的釀造歷史及進化所交織出的軌跡與共鳴。
三重奏的三大重點：
1. 使用創業時（1719年）的酒蔵「享保蔵」的甕釀造，以室町時代的寺院釀造法「水端」般製作酒母。
2. 在發酵中加入熟成超過十年的自家橡木桶熟成米燒酎「火の鳥」。
3. 最後，調和加入10年以上熟成的「鷹長」古酒。
這三個元素代表了時間的重疊，繪萃了酒造超過三百年的演進與精神。

作品風味極具個性，由橡木桶帶來了多種香草香、甜橙與香蕉般的果香，生酒帶來風の森標誌性的微碳酸感，成熟水果般的味道，配上各類穀物與香草的風味，慢慢在口中融和綻放，整體層次豐富、風味複雜，有如交響樂配上歌劇般氣勢磅礡，是一款能隨時間產生共鳴、訴說歲月的作品。
