來自日本秋田縣歷史悠久的飛良泉本舖，由第27代藏元齊藤雅昭先生打造的新品牌系列。這系列堅持使用傳統的山廢純米釀造法，結合現代釀酒理念，旨在創造出既尊重傳統又具有新風貌的清酒。

「山廢ｘ低酒精 x 77號酵母」

雛Hina 是該系列中酒精度較低（約13%）的款式，帶有白桃般的清新果香，甜味柔和，酸度清爽，回味清脆。這款酒突破了山廢酒通常給人的厚重印象，口感輕快且層次分明，非常適合作為日常飲用酒款，並能在各種溫度下享用而不易產生疲倦感。

香氣帶有清晰的白桃香味，柔和而細膩，伴隨著適度的酸甜平衡，口感輕盈柔順，回味清脆且酸度清爽，透明感極高，呈現出現代派山廢純米吟釀的風格，顛覆了傳統山廢酒厚重的印象。
