「平田酒造場」創立於1895年，位於岐阜縣高山市，已有超過130年歷史。酒藏理念係「酒是育出嚟唔只係釀出嚟」，堅持手工釀造、品質第一，主要用當地米同清澈宮川伏流水釀酒。代表銘柄有「飛騨の華」、「飛鷺」等，酒風以米香濃郁、口感細膩著稱。🍶

「飛騨の華 黑 純米吟醸」係「平田酒造場」最辛口嘅酒。  
酒體辛口帶鮮明嘅旨味，酸味同米嘅溫柔甜味，米香濃郁。
屬於非常乾身、爽快型日本酒，配肉類一流，常溫或熱飲都得。🍶
