Cogno Barbaresco Bordini Barbaresco 2021 (RP94）

Cogno Bordini 2021 is an elegant representation of Barbaresco, combining pure terroir with meticulous craftsmanship, perfect for those who want to explore Nebbiolo.

Key Features:

**Region and Grapes:** 100% Nebbiolo, from the Bordini MGA vineyard of Elvio Cogno in the Neive commune. Two hectares of south-facing slopes at an altitude of 250 meters, with limestone soils, impart the power, elegance, and depth of classic Barbaresco terroir.

**Winemaking:** Hand-harvested and aged in large oak barrels for 12-14 months, preserving fresh fruit aromas and delicate structure. The wine is a bright ruby red with garnet rims, and has an alcohol content of approximately 14%.

**Aromas and Palate:** An elegant and fragrant nose, blending red currant, red cherry, violet, licorice, red rose, and spicy vanilla. The palate is smooth and silky, medium to full-bodied, with a balance of lively acidity and velvety tannins, blueberry and mild spice notes, and a long finish with mineral freshness and fruity notes. Highlights: Wine Advocate praised its delicate texture, James Suckling noted its smooth and crisp character, and Wine Spectator emphasized its harmonious fruity and mineral notes.
