🇯🇵Nikka Yoichi Yoichi Single Malt Whisky🥃

Produced in Yoichi, Hokkaido - Nikka Whisky's first distillery, established in 1934.

It is intense, with a moderately smoky aroma. Yoichi’s brewing method follows the traditional Scottish pot still (Pot Still), which is matured in the cold northern natural environment after direct fire distillation with charcoal. Even in Scotland, it is difficult for a distillery to adopt this traditional distillation method. .

The malt used in Yoichi whisky has an elegant smoky peat flavor and a natural salty aroma brought by the sea breeze.
