Bulldog 是英國出產的現代風格 London Dry Gin，以 100% British wheat 為基酒，在歷史超過 250 年的英國蒸餾廠以傳統壺式蒸餾製作。這款琴酒以 12 種來自世界各地的 botanicals 調配，除了經典杜松子、芫荽籽、檸檬皮、當歸根等，還加入龍眼（Dragon Eye）、蓮葉、白罌粟籽和薰衣草等較少見的配料，營造辛香中帶花香、柑橘與輕微東方草本感，酒精度 40%，口感柔順易入口，特別適合 Gin & Tonic 及各式調酒 base。

產地：United Kingdom, England，由 G&J Distillers 代工蒸餾。

基酒為 100% British wheat spirit，加入 12 種 botanicals，包括：juniper、coriander、angelica、cassia bark、lemon peel、orris root、liquorice、almond，以及 Bulldog 標誌性配料 dragon’s eye（龍眼）、lotus leaf、white poppy 和 lavender 等，於銅壺式蒸餾後以純水降度至 40%。

風格屬現代詮釋的 London Dry，juniper 為主軸，但多了花香、東方果乾（龍眼）與香料層次，設計上強調「smooth, multi-flavoured and blendable」，方便調配各類經典與創意調酒。

品酒筆記
色澤：清澈透明。
香氣：以杜松子為主軸，配合薰衣草、蓮葉的花香與草本、檸檬及甜橙皮柑橘香，再帶少許杏仁、甘草與龍眼乾水果香，整體香氣偏柔和、略帶花香感。

口感：酒體中等，入口相對柔順，juniper 與柑橘先出，隨後是薰衣草、龍眼乾、杏仁及輕微甘草、肉桂辛香；酒精度 40% 帶來適度暖感但不刺鼻，尾韻帶柑橘、草本與香料，收結乾淨但沒那麼「超乾」，適合喜歡平易近人、易混調的琴酒飲家。

Difford’s Guide 等資料形容 Bulldog 為「powerful yet smooth」的 London Dry，香氣有柑橘水果、香草與香草草本，口感 flavourful、fleshy、complex，酸度與辛香平衡良好。

Gin 評論網站指其香氣「light juniper top note with lemon peel, floral lavender and longan fruit」，是現代、花香略重的 London Dry，純飲可接受，但在 Gin & Tonic 及柑橘類 highball 內表現最佳。
