Quinta dos Avidagos

Quinta dos Avidagos is a winery located in the Douro region of Portugal. The estate is renowned for producing high-quality wines and dates back to the 19th century.
The winery is located in the Douro region of northern Portugal, a region known for its stunning mountains, steep slopes and world-famous Port wine.
Quinta dos Avidagos has its own vineyard and grows a variety of local grape varieties, including Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz.
The estate still retains traditional winemaking methods and values, while also incorporating modern winemaking techniques.
Quinta dos Avidagos focuses on making wine in the traditional way. They harvest the grapes by hand and press them using a traditional cradle press. Winemakers ferment and age the grapes in stainless steel or wooden barrels to preserve the flavor and character of the grapes.
