「大嶺酒造」使用「弁天水」是日本百選之水之一的“弁天湯水”，含有許多釀造清酒所必需的礦物質，軟水對發酵的良好作用是Ohmine Junmai系列美味的基礎。

瓶身設計：瑞典設計工作室「Stockholm Design Lab」

為了以新鮮的狀態送達，全年釀造的大嶺經典酒。在像麝香葡萄一樣的酸甜中，能感受到溫柔的山田錦風味的多汁味道是其特徵。

讓人聯想到秋吉臺草原的溫和的綠色香氣。一口就能想到麝香葡萄和菠蘿的果味和源自礦物質的深沉味道層層浮現出來，以椰子般的甜味和讓人聯想到抹茶的苦澀味結束了回味。
