From Seven Springs Vineyard single site in Oregon's Willamette Valley, Eola-Amity Hills—high-elevation Jory clay volcanic soils, Van Duzer Corridor sea breezes creating diurnal shifts to preserve acidity and aromatic intensity.
100% Chardonnay, hand-harvested with whole cluster selection, whole-cluster fermentation for complexity, using temperature-controlled stainless steel and French oak barrels (25% new) for co-fermentation and aging to extract mineral and spice layers while maintaining fruit purity and terroir clarity, crafted for precision and long-term aging.
