100% Chardonnay (multiple Dijon clones), hand-harvested using "Black Chardonnay" anti-Premox technique, whole-cluster fermentation for complexity, 12 months French oak (30% new) + 6 months stainless aging to extract mineral-spice layers while preserving fruit purity and terroir clarity, crafted for precision and long-term aging.
